Source coverage
Compare the public source records behind PeptideScanner profiles and updates, inspect current coverage and known gaps, and open the cited sources.
Selected ClinicalTrials.gov studies plus 10,648 public registry-history versions, 1447 retained PubMed metadata records, 27 exact selected NCT-to-PMID links, 1,094 dated Drugs@FDA submissions with 1,317 official document links, 22 exact-application FDA enforcement reports, 98 Federal Register documents attributed to FDA and HHS, 244 DailyMed SPL versions across 22 reviewed label families, selected FDA and Justice Department records, and 97 bounded Crossref publication checks.
Narrow source lanes publish only bounded, validated metadata. Drugs@FDA history uses exact relational submission, action-type, and document keys while excluding missing or sentinel dates and unresolved foreign keys; it links official documents without ingesting their bodies. The trial-publication graph admits only structured NCT and PMID declarations and preserves whether PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, or both supplied each edge. ClinicalTrials.gov history reports source-submitted dates and changed-module labels without copying or interpreting study text; DailyMed history retains exact historical ZIP byte counts and SHA-256 receipts; Federal Register records require exact reviewed peptide-name matches and official GovInfo PDFs.
Coverage is not exhaustive—even within a listed peptide. The graph connects only endpoints already present in the two reviewed public authorities and does not infer missing publication links. ClinicalTrials.gov history covers only the 712 already reviewed trials and excludes source-declared review-not-passed or unposted entries; DailyMed reports version availability but not label-section changes, while PubMed and Federal Register remain bounded selections. Non-U.S. regulators, company announcements, and secondary reporting are not systematically covered.
Crossref Research Integrity v1
PeptideScanner checked 97 DOI-backed PubMed sources selected for supervised synthesis and retained 6 Crossref-attributed publication update notices. This is a dated, bounded review—not continuous monitoring and not complete coverage of the public bibliography.

Claims remain explicitly attributed and are never presented as independent conclusions.
Useful for discovery and context. PeptideScanner prefers an underlying primary record whenever one is available.
